中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法140例冠心病心绞痛患者，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组70例，对照组采用西医常规治疗，实验组在对照组患者的基础上加用中药方剂治疗，比较患者的临床疗效。结果对照组患者的总有效率为72．86％，实验组患者的总有效率为92．86％，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；对照组患者心电图总有效率为70．00％，实验组患者心电图总有效率为91．43％，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后，两组患者心绞痛的发作次数和持续时间较治疗前均明显改善，差异具有统计学意义僻〈0．05），实验组改善程度明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义俨〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗能明显减少患者心绞痛的发作次数和持续时间，疗效显著，值得临床进一步推广应用。

Clinical observation on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

Objective To explore clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods Divided 140 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris into the control group（n=70） and the experiment group（n=70）. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment; the experiment group on the basis of routine treatment was given herbal treatment. The clinical curative effect of two groups were compared. Results The therapeutic effective rate was 72.86% in the control group, the therapeutic efficacy was 92.86% in the experiment group, differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Eleetrocardiogram（ECG） efficacy of the experiment group was 91.43%, obviously better than the rate 70.00% in the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Angina attack frequency and duration of two groups improved significantly compared to pretreatment（P〈0.05）, and the degree of improvement of the experiment group was larger than that of the control group with statistically significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and it is worthy of clinical application.
