| 摘 要： | 目的通过对农村社区居民基本健康知识掌握情况和卫生习惯的分析,为进一步提高我区农村居民健康素质和普及基本卫生知识提供基础资料。方法随机抽取试点县15-70岁的农村居民入户问卷调查,现场询问和观察相结合。结果宁夏农村居民的基本健康知识知晓率,达到了62.2%,超过了国家要求西部各省农村居民健康知识知晓率达到60%的标准;而基本健康行为形成率只有27.9%,距离45%的国家西部标准有较大差距。结论有针对性地进行慢性非传染性疾病相关知识的教育和技能指导,并强化行为形成因素,提供个性化的健康服务刻不容缓。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the current status of health knowledge and health behavior in country community.Then provide the basic data for well developing health quality of rural dweller in our region and popularization of basic health knowledge.Methods Take stratified cluster sampling to draw out the 660 villagers and in-home to proceed questionnaire inquisition.Results The average knowing rate of health knowledge in Ningxia rural dweller is 62.2%.The villagers correct behavior formation rate is only 27.9%.Conclusion We should strengthen communication of related knowledge about chronic non-infectious disease and behavioral guidance.It's important to providing personalized health education service. |
