| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨骨折创伤导致老年患者出现急性精神障碍的护理。方法：对30例骨折后出现急性精神障碍的老年患者进行分析,根据其不同的临床特点,探讨最佳的护理对策。结果：30例患者在出现症状后的2～10 d内,精神活动均恢复正常。结论：老年患者自身对应激的适应能力较低,细致地观察病情、注重身心护理、预防并发症是护理的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:Probe into nursing care of acute psychobarrier of elder patients with fracture wound.Method:30 patients with acute psy- chobarrier after fracture were analysed,discussed the best nursing countermeasures with difference clinical characters.Result:After 2 to 10 days,the psychological action of 30 patients were all recoveried.Conclusion:To observe conditions carefully and prevent complications were the key of nursing for elder patients with acute psychobarrier after fracture wound. |
