不同术式的指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复指腹缺损及术后感觉功能评价

我院自１９９２年到今，采用三种术式的指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣：（１）吻合神经的；（２）不带神经支的；（３）带指神经血管束的；共急诊修复６８例８２指的手指末节指腹缺损。通过术后２年随访，对其感觉功能按英国医学研究会标准作了评价。通过比较认为吻合神经的指动脉蒂逆行岛状皮瓣因其解剖方便，血供可靠，术后感觉功能恢复好等优点而成为急诊修复手指末节指腹缺损的最佳术式。

Sensory outcome in different techniques of reversed digital artery island flaps for pulp defects

Reversed digital artery island flaps were used to repair pulp defects primarily in 68 patients including 82 fingers since 1992. Three different techniques of nerve management were; (1) with dorsal digital nerve or dorsal branch of digital nerve anastomosis ; (2) without nerve anastomosis ; (3) with digital nerve and vessel bundles. After follow-up for 2 years assessment of sensory function restoration were made. We consider the technique of nerve anastomosis is of choice in treatment of pulp defects because of convenient dissection, reliable blood supply and good sensory function restoration.
