| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨尿激酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床应用价值。方法 对112例下肢深静脉血栓形成病例应用尿激酶进行溶栓降纤治疗，以彩色多普勒超声检查确定疗效，严密监测凝血功能及时调整药物剂量。结果 临床治愈68例，有效37例，无效7例，有效率93．8％。结论 尿激酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成疗效肯定，可以作为临床首选治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the value and clinical application of urokinase for treatment of deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs. Methods 112 cases with deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs were treated with urokinase for thrombolysis and fibrinolysis. The curative effect was definited by color ultrasound scan and strictly monitor the coagulation function and adjust doses of medicine in time.Results The clinical cure of patient who receiving treatment wuth urokinase was 48,effective cases were 37, noneffective eases were 7. The effective rate was 93.8%. Conclusion It is confirmed for treatment of deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs with urokinase, and it is suitable for clinical initial treatment use. |
