冠心病患者疾病相关知识现状及影响因素的调查分析

目的调查冠心病患者疾病相关知识现状及其影响因素,为开展有针对性的健康教育提供依据。方法通过自行设计的调查问卷以访谈的方式对2009年9～11月在重庆医科大学附属第二医院经临床确诊为冠心病的74例患者进行调查。结果冠心病患者总体对疾病相关知识掌握情况较好。冠心病患者疾病相关知识来源广泛,但是70%的患者是通过医务人员获得相关知识。冠心病患者的疾病相关知识水平与文化程度、年龄、人均收入有关。结论医务工作者应对冠心病患者进行有针对性的健康教育,提高患者对冠心病相关知识的掌握程度。

Analysis of the status of disease-related knowledge and influencing factors in patients with coronary heart disease
