重庆市江北区城乡50岁及以上人群白内障的流行病学调查

目的调查重庆市江北区城乡50岁及以上人群白内障患病率、白内障手术率(CSR)、白内障盲人手术覆盖率和白内障盲人社会负担率的差别,为防治白内障提供依据。方法选择重庆市江北区经济水平差别较大的大石坝街道50岁及以上人口2 583人和复盛镇50岁及以上人口2 004人进行白内障流行病学调查。结果大石坝街道受检2 583人中,白内障患病率为30.66%;2007年50岁以上CSR为3 767例.百万人口-1.年-1;分别以日常生活视力小于0.1及最佳矫正视力小于0.05作为盲的诊断标准,白内障盲人手术覆盖率分别为51.57%及67.03%,白内障盲人社会负担率分别为为6.16%、3.52%。在复盛镇受检的2 004人中,白内障患病率为47.06%;2007年50岁以上CSR为2 756例.百万人口-1.年-1;分别以日常生活视力小于0.1及最佳矫正视力小于0.05作为盲的诊断标准,白内障盲人手术覆盖率分别为31.71%及40.21%,白内障盲人社会负担率分别为8.18%、4.84%。结论重庆市江北区农村地区白内障的患病率、白内障盲人社会负担率高于中心城区,而白内障手术覆盖率则低于中心城区。白内障盲人造成的社会负担重,农村尤甚,白内障复明手术仍是未来几年防盲治盲的首要任务。

The survey comparisons on the epidemiology of cataracts among the old aged 50 and above in the urban and rural areas in Jiangbei district of Chongqing
