| 摘 要： | CD4+T细胞亚群在人类和动物模型的自身免疫性疾病中发挥重要的免疫应答作用,包括辅助性T细胞1型(Th1)、Th2、Th17和调节性T细胞(Treg)。近几年,随着对CD4+T细胞研究的逐渐加深,新的细胞亚群不断被发现。最近新增加一群CD4+T细胞亚群Th9细胞,以分泌白细胞介素9为主要的细胞因子,在炎性疾病的发生过程中起着重要作用,该文就Th9细胞的研究进展及其与炎性疾病的关系进行综述。

| Abstract: | CD4 +T cell subsets play an important role in the adaptive immune response in human autoimmune diseases and in animal models of autoimmunity,including T helper type1(Th1),Th2,Th17 and the Treg.In recent years,the knowledge of CD4 +T cell differentiation has increased significantly,and new subsets continue to bediscovered.The latest addition to the list of subsets is the Th9 cell that secretes IL-9 as a signature cytokine and contributes to the inflammatory disease.Here is to make a review on recent advances in understanding the development of Th9 cells,and its relationship with the inflammatory diseases. |
