| 摘 要： | "辨证论治"是中医理论之精华,包含"同病异治"和"异病同治"两方面,充分体现了中医治疗学的灵活性。三七功用化瘀止血,消肿定痛,有止血而不留瘀,化瘀而不伤正的特点。因其药用价值较高而成为中药材中的一颗明珠,以三七为主要成分的多种制剂也被广泛应用于临床。该文结合中医精髓之"异病同治"理论,综述三七及其制剂在心脑血管疾病中的应用。

| Abstract: | "Syndrome differentiation" is the essence of traditional Chinese medicine theory,which contains two aspects:the same disease with different treatments and same treatment for different diseases,fully reflecting the flexibility of TCM therapy.Panax notoginseng displays diverse modes of action,including promoting blood circulation,eliminating blood stasis,controlling bleeding,relieving tissue swelling and pain,etc..Panax notoginseng is characterized by dual effects on improving abnormal circulation,for instance,it can promote blood flow and control bleeding with minimal side effects depending on the disease status.Therefore,Panax notoginseng has been highly valued and widely applied as an essential component in formulating therapeutic strategies treating multi-disorders.Here is to make a review on the application of Panax notoginseng and its various preparations in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases based on the theory of same treatment for different diseases in traditional Chinese medicine. |
