以神经阻滞为基础治疗胰腺癌疼痛的研究进展

胰腺癌是一种较常见的消化道恶性肿瘤。疼痛是胰腺癌最常见的临床表现,严重影响患者的生活质量。"三阶梯"药物治疗是临床上治疗癌痛的基础治疗,但效果常常不能令患者满意。神经阻滞作为其有效补充手段,被称为晚期癌性疼痛治疗的"第四阶梯"。该文就近年国内外关于以神经阻滞为基础的胰腺癌疼痛治疗方面的相关文献予以综述。

Study Progress of the Pain Management of Patients with Pancreatic Carcinoma Based on the Nerve Blocks

Pancreatic cancer is a common malignant tumor of digestive tract.Pain is the most common clinical symptom of pancreatic carcinoma which severely influences the life quality of the patients."Three-step analgesic ladder" is the basis of clinical pain treatment,but the effect is often not satisfactory.The nerve blocks,the significant supplementary means of three-step analgesic ladder,are called the fourth step for the treatment of patients with late-stage pancreatic carcinoma.Here is to make a review on the pain management of pancreatic carcinoma based on the nerve blocks with the related domestic and foreign literatures as references.
