血管反应性与离子通道的关系研究进展

摘    要:血管反应性降低是临床经常遇到的情况,持续低血压、对血管活性药物反应性差常常困扰着临床医师。临床及动物实验就血管反应性机制进行了大量的研究,认为血管平滑肌细胞离子通道的变化是影响血管反应性的机制之一。近年来,随着膜片钳技术的成熟,从细胞学方面进行的大量研究进一步证实,血管平滑肌收缩障碍与平滑肌细胞上的离子通道变化有关。

Abstract:Vascular hyporeactivity is often met in clinical,and continuous low blood pressure,and poor response to vasoactive medicine often puzzled clinicians.A number of clinical and animal experiments on its relevant mechanism have been done,and it′s thought that the change of ion channels of vascular smooth muscle is one of the mechanisms affecting vascular reactivity.In recent years,with the mature of patch clamp technique,it′s confirmed that contract obstacle of vascular smooth muscle cells is related to the change of the ion channels of the smooth muscle cells from a lot of cytological research.
