微创钢板接骨术治疗肱骨干骨折进展

摘    要:肱骨干骨折是一种常见骨折,应用钢板螺钉进行切开复位内固定已作为其手术治疗的金标准。近些年微创钢板接骨术(MIPO)治疗肱骨干骨折得到了发展。MIPO应用钢板经前侧切口放置于肱骨前方,跨越骨折区域,最大程度地保护了骨折断端的血供,并不会造成医源性桡神经损伤。MIPO治疗肱骨干骨折出现骨不连的概率低、骨折愈合坚固、术后肩肘关节功能良好及并发症少。MIPO作为治疗肱骨干骨折安全、有效的手术方法,非常值得推广。

Abstract:Humeral shaft fracture is a common fracture.Open reduction and internal fixation with plates and screws is the gold standard for its surgical treatment.Minimally invasive plating osteosynthesis(MIPO)for treatment of humeral shaft fractures has developed in recent years.Using MIPO,through anterior incision steel plate placed in front of humerus,across the fracture area,can perfectly protect blood supply of broken ends,without causing iatrogenic radial nerve injury.The MIPO technique in the treatment of humeral shaft fractures has the advantages of fewer nonunionrate,strong fracture healing,good function of postoperative shoulder and elbow joint,fewer complications and so on.MIPO technique,as a safe and effective operation method,is worthy of promotion.
