| 摘 要： | 炎性肠病是一种自身免疫性疾病,其病因和发病机制至今尚未被完全阐明。多种细胞因子的变化共同参与及免疫紊乱在炎性肠炎发生、发展中起着重要作用。白细胞介素23就是其中的一种,它属于前炎性因子,参与机体控制感染和自身免疫性疾病发生,白细胞介素23诱导CD4+T细胞分化为Th17细胞,在炎性肠病的发病机制中可能处于重要地位。

| Abstract: | Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is an autoimmune disease,related with a variety of factors such as cytokines,the etiology and pathogenesis of which are still unknown.Immune disorders play an important role in IBD development.One factor of the immune disorders,IL-23,which is a pro-inflammatory factor,is involved in controlling the infections and autoimmune diseases,and IL-23 also induces the differentiation of naive CD4 + T cells into Th17 cell,therefore may be very important in the pathogenesis of IBD. |
