| 摘 要： | 左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS),以20μg/d的剂量释放高效孕激素,使子宫内膜腺体萎缩,间质蜕膜样变,黏膜变薄,能有效缓解子宫内膜异位症(EMs)患者痛经、深部性交痛及慢性盆腔痛,可缩小子宫体积,减少月经量,降低保守性手术后中/重度痛经复发率。近年来,LNG-IUS用于缓解EMs和防止其复发均取得了较好效果。

| Abstract: | Levonorgestrel intrauterine releasing system(LNG-IUS),through releasing 20 μ g/d dose of efficient progestational hormone,making the endometrial glands atrophy,interstitial decidual change,mucous membrane thinned,can effectively relieve EMs patients dysmenorrhea,deep sexual pain and chronic pelvic pain,reduce uterine volume,reduce menstrual quantity,and reduce the moderate/severe dysmenorrhea recurrence rate of conservative surgery.In recent years,LNG-IUS has achieved good effect in relieving EMs and preventing the recurrence. |
