合用黄连素对服用环孢素肾移植受者电解质的影响

目的:研究黄连素在与环孢素合用时是否影响肾移植受者血清电解质.方法:回顾性调查分析36名接受同种异体肾移植术后长期服用CsA的患者,同时检测全血CsA浓度、血清电解质和血糖.结果:合用组与单用组相比,血清电解质和血糖除血清Ca以外均无显著差异.两组血清钙经t检验差异具有统计学意义,但两组数据的均值都在正常范围内.结论:合用黄连素不会对肾移植受者的血清电解质产生比单用CsA更大的影响.

Effect of Berberine on Electrolyte in Renal Transplanted Recipients Taking Cyclosporin A

Objective: To study whether the berberine may influences the serum electrolyte level in renal transplanted recipients taking cyclosporin A.Method: The retrospective studies was used. The date were collected including the concentrations of cyclosporin A, blood sugar and serum electrolyte levels in 36 cases receiving the renal transplantion, who took cyclosporin A for long-term.Result: The serum K, Na, Cl, sugar level in patients given concomitantly cyclosporin A and berberine had no significant changes compared with control group, while the serum Ca 2 level in experimental group had an obvious increase compared with control group, the mean values in both groups maintained in normal rangeyet.Conclusion: Berberine given concomitantly with cyclosporin A in renal transplant recipients may not cause a greater influence on serum electrolyte levels compared with cyclosporin A alone.
