| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经腹前切除治疗低位直肠癌的方法。方法对2005年2月至2009年7月皖北煤电集团总医院肿瘤科收治的行经腹前切除术的47例低位直肠癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 47例患者均行根治性切除术,术中骶前静脉破裂岀血1例,术后吻合口漏2例,均治愈。结论严格把握手术适应证是取得良好疗效的关键,经腹前切除治疗低位直肠癌是安全可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the method of abdominal anterior resection in treatment of lower rectal cancer.Methods From February 2005 to July 2009,the clinical date of 47 cases of lower rectal cancer treated by abdominal anterior resection were analyzed retrospectively.Results Forty-seven patients underwent radical resection,presacral venous hemorrhage during surgery of 1 case,postoperative anastomotic leakage of 2 cases,and all of them were cured.Conclusion Strictly determing the indications for surgery is the ke... |
