2007年济南市天桥区麻疹疫情资料分析

目的]分析疫情特点,总结经验教训,作好今后的麻疹防治工作。方法]对2007年济南市天桥区麻疹疫情资料进行分析。结果]2007年天桥区确诊麻疹62例,发病率为10.40/10万。全区15个办事处(镇)中12个有麻疹疫情,发病率最高的是药山办事处(32.29/10万)。62例麻疹病人中,4～7月龄18例,40～60岁18例;男性35例,女性27例;57例无免疫史或免疫史不详。驻区某短期培训技校1起麻疹暴发发病12例,患者年龄17～27岁,均为来自外地的学员。结论]未接种麻疹疫苗是麻疹暴发、流行的主要原因。

Analysis of Measles Epidemic in Tianqiao District of ji'nan in 2007

Objective]To analyze the characteristic of measles epidemic,sum up experiences and lessons,effectively control and prevent the epidemic of measles.Methods]Data analysis of the epidemic of measles in Tianqiao district in 2007 were conducted.Results]62 measles cases were confirmed in Tianqiao district in 2007.The morbidity rate was 10.40/100 000.Of the 15 sub-district offices,the epidemic of measles was reported in 12 offices.The highest incidence was reported in Yaoshan sub-district office(32.29/100 000).Of the 62 cases,18 cases were at the age from 4 to 7 months,18 cases aged from 40 to 60.35 cases were male and 27 cases were female.57 cases had no immune history or unknown.12 measles cases were reported in the outbreak in short-time training class,which aged from 17 to 27.They are no the local people.Conclusion]The main cause of the epidemic of measles was not receiving measles vaccine.
