自体腹水超滤浓缩回输腹腔治疗肝硬化难治性腹水的临床观察

目的:观察自体腹水超滤浓缩回输腹腔治疗肝硬化难治性腹水的临床效果。方法:分析30例腹水超滤浓缩回输患者治疗前后腹围、体重、血浆白蛋白等指标,并与30例未经腹水浓缩回输患者进行疗效对照。结果:腹水超滤浓缩回输后患者腹围、体重明显下降,血浆白蛋白明显上升(P<0.01)。与未回输患者相比,痊愈好转数明显增加(P<0.01)。结论:自体腹水超滤浓缩回输腹腔是治疗肝硬化难治性腹水的有效措施之一。

Clinical Observation of Self-ascities Superfilter Concentration and Reinfusion

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of self-ascites superfilter concentration and reinfusion on the treatment of re fractory ascites in the patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods： The abdominal circumference, body weight and plasmatic albumin of 30 patients before treatment and after treatment was analysized, and compared with that of 30 patients before treatment and after treatment without self-ascites superfilter concentration and reinfusion. Results： The abdominal circumference and body weight decreased obviously （P 〈 O. 01 ）, plasmatic albumin increased obviously （P 〈 0. 01 ）, the number of recovery and improvement increased obviously （ P 〈0. 01 ） in the patients with self-ascites superfilter concentration and reinfusion was compared with that of 30 patients without self-ascites superfilter concentration and reinfusion. Conclusion： Self-ascites superfilter concentration and reinfusion is an effective treatment for refractory ascites in the patients with liver cirrhosis.
