| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨乳腺癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2、基质金属蛋白酶-9和E-cadherin的表达水平及临床病理意义.方法 用免疫组化方法检测了该院72例乳腺癌组织中MMP-2、MMP-9以及E-cadherin的表达.结果 55.6%(40/72)的乳腺癌组织中MMP-2表达阳性,63.9%(46/72)MMP-9表达阳性,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);TNMⅢ、Ⅳ期患者MMP-2、MMP-9阳性分别为48.1%和83.3%,均明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者(P<0.01);两种酶的表达均与Her-2表达相关(P<0.01).E-cadherin在正常乳腺组织中均为阳性表达,E-cadhefin表达阴性与临床分期和肿瘤的病理分级密切相关(P<0.05).结论 乳腺癌组织中MMP-2、MMP-9高表达及E-cadherin的表达下调可能参予乳腺癌的侵袭转移,联合检测三者在乳腺癌组织中的表达对推测乳腺癌的侵袭转移及预后有一定意义.
