| 摘 要： | 目的通过分析我院麻醉药品的应用情况，探讨癌症患者麻醉药品的合理使用。方法回顾性分析我院2007年1月至2008年1月690例使用麻醉药品癌症患者的情况，记录药品名称、用药总量、用药天数，依据限定日剂量（DDD）、药物利用指数（DUI）、用药频数（DDDs）等指标进行统计、分析、评估。结果我院用药频数最高为硫酸吗啡缓释片（2．134d），最低为磷酸可待因片（4．6d）。DUI最高为芬太尼透皮贴剂（1．06），其次是硫酸吗啡缓释片（1．02）。结论我院癌症患者在治疗中使用的麻醉药品基本合理，但仍存在一些问题有待改进。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore rational use of anaesthetic drugs in patients with cancer. Methods The clinical data of 690 patients with cancer pain using anaesthetic drugs of 2007 to 2008 including drugs' name, number and days of drug consumption were reviewed basing on defined daily dose (DDD), drug utilization index(DUI) and, amount and frequency of use(DDDs). Results Morphine Sustained-release Tablet was most often used(2.134 d) and Tablet Codeine was seldom used(4.6 d). The highest DUI was Fentanyl Transdermal System(1.06). The sec-ond was Morphine Sustained-release Tablets (1.02). Conclusions In our hospital, anaesthetic drugs are rationally used in patients with cancer pain, but there are still some questions to be solved. |
