两种肉豆蔻挥发油对人癌细胞体外增殖影响的比较研究

目的:研究长型肉豆蔻(Myristica argentea Warb.)和圆型肉豆蔻(Myristica fragrans Houtt.)挥发油对人癌细胞HepG-2、SGC-7901和KB体外增殖的抑制作用。方法:采用MTT法测定长形肉豆蔻及圆形肉豆蔻挥发油对上述三种人癌细胞的IC50值。结果:2种肉豆蔻挥发油对HepG-2、SGC-7901和KB细胞体外增殖均具有一定的抑制作用,并呈一定的剂量依赖性。圆型肉豆蔻挥发油对三种不同细胞系的IC50值分别为308、311、378μg.mL-1,长形肉豆蔻对三种不同细胞系的IC50值分别为325、246、362μg.mL-1。结论:圆型和长型肉豆蔻挥发油对上述三种人癌细胞体外增殖均具有一定的抑制作用,两者的作用未见明显区别。

Study Inhibitiory Effects of Two Kinds of Volatile Oil of Myristica Argentea Warb.and Myristica Fragrans Houtt.on Proliferation of SGC-7901,HepG-2 and KB in Vitro

Objective:To study the inhibitiory effects of the two kinds of volatile oil of Myristica argentea Warb.and Myristica fragrans Houtt.on the proliferation of SGC-7901,HepG-2and KB in vitro.Method: The half inhibitory concentration was determined by MTT colormentric assay.Results:The two kinds of volatile oil of Myristica had the inhibitory effects on the proliferation of SGC-7901,HepG-2and KB cells in vitro.Concentration dependent could be detected.The IC50 of the volatile oil of MFH was 308,311,378μg·mL-1.The IC50 of the volatile oil of MAW was 325,246,362μg·mL-1.Conclusion: The two kinds of volatile oil of MFH and MAW had the similar inhibitory effects on the proliferation of the kinds of cancer cell.The inhibitory rates had no discrimation.
