老年糖尿病患者经尿道前列腺切除术围术期处理

目的：探讨老年糖尿病患者经尿道前列腺切除术（TURP）围术期血糖控制方法和对手术的影响。方法：回顾性分析我院36例糖尿病患者TURP围术期血糖调控情况。结果：36例患者入院时空腹血糖（12．6±1．8）mmol／L，经术前用胰岛素控制空腹血糖至6．0～7．8mmol／L后接受TURP，术中及术后继续使用胰岛素控制血糖至基本正常水平。本组术中血糖7．2～13．8mmol／L。35例未发生感染等明显并发症，仅1例术后出现感染，经选择有效的抗生素治疗后，治愈出院。结论：老年糖尿病患者经正确的围术期处理，将血糖控制至基本正常水平，可耐受TURP，并可取得满意效果。

Elderly Diabetic Patients TURP Perioperative Blood Glucose Control and Effects of Surgery

Objective： To investigate the elderly diabetic patients transurethrat resection of prostate （TURP） perioperative blood glucose control and the effects of surgery. Methods： Retrospective analysis of 36 cases of diabetes in our hospital in patients with TURP perioperative blood glucose control the situation. Results： 36 cases of patients with fasting blood glucose on admission （ 12.6 ± 1.8 ） mmol / L, by preoperative fasting blood glucose with insulin to control （6.0 -7.8 ） mmol/L after TURP, intraoperative and postoperative continue to use insulin to control blood sugar normal level. Intraoperative blood glucose in this group （7.2 - 13.8） mmol/L. 35 cases no obvious complications such as infection, only 1 case of postoperative infection, the choice of effective antibiotic treatment, the patients discharged. Conclusion： elderly patients with diabetes by the correct perioperative management, blood glucose control to normal levels, can be tolerated TURP, and have access to satisfactory results.
