血管灌注法研究猫尖牙牙周膜微血管立体构筑

摘    要:目的 研究猫尖牙牙周膜微循环。方法 墨汁血管灌注,火棉胶连续切片。结果 牙周膜微血管走行以纵行为主,横切片中表现为成簇排列,簇间有横行的交通支,较为规则。在距牙根表面一定距离的牙周组织内无血管结构。结论 猫尖牙牙周膜微血管缺乏完整性。微血管灌注实验中以血管染色深浅确定微动脉及微静脉。

Abstract:Objective To study the microvascular bed of the periodontal membrane of the cat canine. Methods Five young male cats were applied with vascular-perfused method and the canine were decalcified, cellidin embedded, serially sectioned and stained with eosin. Results The alighment of microvessles in priodontontal membrane was parallel to the alveolar and congregated. There had no capillary vessel in the peridontal ligament near the root surface. Conclusions The structure of peridontal microvascule of cat canine was inconsistent. Microartery and microvein could be judged by the degree of stain in the perfusion experiment of microvessle.
