| 摘 要： | 目的：观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（贝复济）对口腔粘膜病的疗效。方法：治疗组７７例使用贝复济，对照组３３例使用０.９％氯化钠溶液观察７d。结果：两组经统计学分析Ｐ＜０.０１具有显著性差异。结论：贝复济治疗复发性口疮等口腔粘膜病有促进创面早期使期愈合的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effectiveness of basic fibroblast grouth factor(bFGF) in oral mucosal diseases. Methods: bFGF was used for 7 days in 77 patients of treatment group, while 0.9% sodium chloride solution was used in 33 patients of controlled group for 7 days. Results: Statistical analysis showed that there were significant difference between two groups( P< 0. 01). Conclusions: bFGF can accelerrate the healing of recurrent aphthae and other oral mucosaldiseases. |
