前交通动脉瘤DSA分类与治疗研究

目的:寻找DSA上前交通动脉瘤的病理解剖特点,为选择治疗方法提供依据。方法:测量动脉瘤瘤颈,动脉瘤长轴与载瘤动脉夹角;统计前交通动脉瘤供血情况;统计动脉瘤与与前交通动脉的关系并分类。结果:前交通动脉瘤多为一侧优势供血,或单侧供血占86%;侧向突出之束状动脉瘤最多,占90%,前交通动脉梭状膨大占10%;窄颈动脉瘤较多见;瘤颈与前交通动脉夹角情况有利于从供血侧进入微导管。结论:从DSA上反映的前交通动脉瘤的病理解剖特点分析,绝大多数适应于行介入栓塞治疗,极少数可行显微夹闭或孤立治疗。

Study in Classification and Therapy of Acoma Aneurysm ny DSA

Objective To analyze the pathological anatomy of acoma aneurysm and set a basis for its therapy in terms of DSA.Methods the artery neck,long axis and includedangle of aneurysm were measured while the blood supply of aneurysm was investigated,the associatoon between aneurysm and anterior communication artery was assessed and classified.Results Blood supply of acoma aneurysm was found to be hemi-dominant accounting for(86%).Fascilular aneurysm in the shape of crossrange extruclition was at most whose rate was(90%) while the shuttle swelling of anterior communication arteny accounted for(10%).Aneuryse wich narrow neck was excessive.The angle formed lnj aneurysm neck and anterion communication artery wasofaidforblood entered microduct.Conclusion The pathological anatomy of acoma aneurysm reflected hy DSA remined usthat the therapy of intervention embolism fit major of them whit tiny minor of them could be adapted to micro blocking and isolation.
