| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨手术室接错病人或做错手术部位的风险因素,并提出有效的核查措施。方法]手术室巡回护士、主管医生、麻醉医生共同核对病人、病历及电脑打印手术通知单,应用手术病人接送卡和术前核对表,并在接送床床头悬挂手术间号牌,防止接错病人或做错手术部位。结果]6年来未发生此项差错事故,提高了手术护理工作质量。结论]加强护理安全及法律意识,严格执行核查制度和交接班制度,是保障护理质量的根本。
