摘    要:骨髓来源的干细胞主要包括造血干细胞、间充质干细胞和多能成体祖细胞,是目前研究最为深入的成体干细胞.近年来研究发现,骨髓来源的干细胞具有跨系、跨胚层分化的特性,称之为干细胞的"可塑性".这种"可塑性"向干细胞的传统观念提出了挑战,学术界对这种特性是否存在及其机制尚有很大争议.但这一现象为以成体干细胞治疗为基础的细胞工程、组织工程技术的广泛应用带来了新的希望.本文对骨髓来源干细胞的生物学特性、可塑性及其机制、研究方法及临床应用前景等作一评述.

Abstract:Bone marrow-derived stem cells, mainly including hematopoietic stem cells, mesenchymal stem cells, multipotent adult progenitor cells, etc., are the most densely studied adult stem cells up to now. Recent findings indicate that adult stem cells have the potential to differentiate across lineage barriers and to adopt the expression profiles and functional phenotypes of cells unique to other tissues. This flexibility is termed "plasticity",which has posed challenges to conventional concepts. Meanwhile, it brings new hopes for the therapeutic application of cell engineering and tissue engineering. This review focuses on the biological features, the plasticity and its possible mechanisms, research method and potential clinical application of bone marrow-derived adult stem cells
