CT血管成像对后循环缺血的评价

目的探讨椎-基底动脉狭窄与后循环缺血的关系。方法回顾性分析30例椎．基底动脉CT血管成像的表现。结果全部30例患者CT血管成像都达优良级，符合诊断要求；血管解剖变异5支，血管硬化、斑块、狭窄12支，扩张、迂曲6支。结论由于椎动脉的解剖关系和血流动力学的原因，椎动脉狭窄易发于椎动脉起始部、椎动脉入颅前后和椎-基底动脉汇合处；头颈CT血管成像可作为后循环缺血影像学检查和确诊的重要方法之一，注射对比剂最好采用足背静脉注入法，可避免肘静脉注射时对比剂产生的伪影而影响成像质量。

The evaluation of CT angiography to posterior circulation ischemia

Objective To investigate the relation between vertebral-basilar artery stenosis and posterior circulation ischemia(PCI). Methods Retrospectivly analyse the CT angiography manifest of vertebral-basilar artery of 30 patients. Results All the CT angiography of the 30 patients were excellently or well manifested,which reached the diagnose standard. There were dissection variation in 5 anteries, sclerosis、plaque、 stenosis in 12 anteres, and dilatation and circuity in 6 anteries. Conclusion As to the anatomical relationship of the vertebral antery and the influence of blood stream, the stenosis always happens in the original region, the palce around the foramen magnum and the confluence of vertebral and basilar antery. Cephalic and cervical part CTA is one of the important radiologic mathod to diagnosis PCI. The best place to inject contrast agent is from the dorsalis pedis veins, which can avoid the artifacts caused by ulnar vein conteast agent injection.
