独活寄生汤加减治疗退变性腰椎管狭窄症50例疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察独活寄生汤加减治疗退变性腰椎椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法将96例患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组46例,治疗组给予独活寄生汤加减治疗,对照组给予扶他林缓释片治疗。2周为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组治愈16例,好转29例,未愈5例,总有效率为90.0%;对照组治愈11例,好转25例,未愈10例,总有效率为78.3%。2组总有效率比较有显著性差异(χ2=4.82,P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(uc=2.184,P<0.05)。结论独活寄生汤加减治疗退变性腰椎椎管狭窄症疗效显著。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of Duhuo Jisheng decoction in treating degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods A total of 96 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (50cases) was treated by Duhuo Jisheng decoction, and the control group (46 cases) was treated by diclofenac tablet. The effects were observed after four weeks. Results In the treatment group,16 cases were cured,29 cases were improved and 5 cases were ineffective. The total effective rates was 90.0%. In the control group, 11 cases were cured ,25 cases were improved and 10 cases were ineffective. The total effective rates was 78.3%. There were significant difference between the two groups in total effective rates and curative effect rates( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng decoction is effective in treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.
