| 摘 要： | 目的:研究老年心力衰竭患者血脑钠肽(BNP)水平与心力衰竭严重程度、左室功能等的关系。方法:采用ELISA法测定79例老年心力衰竭患者BNNP水平,用心脏彩色多普勒超声诊断仪测定其左室功能。结果:BNP水平随着心功能纽约分级(NYHA)程度的加重而显著增加,其与左室射血分数(LVEF)呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:老年心力衰竭患者血BNP水平随着心力衰竭严重程度的增加而升高,并能较好反映左室功能状态。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the correlative relationship among the level of brain/b-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) , and the severity of heart failure (HF) , left ventricular function in old patients with heart failure. Methods: BNP levels of 79 patients with heart failure were measured by ELlSA; Colored Doppler echocardiography was performed to measure the left ventricular function. Results: BNP levels increased with increment of NYHA classification, and this was negatively correlated left ventricular ejection fraction (P<0. 05). Conclusion: BNP level increase with the degree of severity of heart failure and can better reflect the left ventricular function. |
