河北省农村菌痢患者疾病经济负担及其影响因素研究

目的通过测算河北省正定县菌痢患者的直接医疗费用、直接非医疗费用和间接费用来评价河北省农村菌痢患者一次患病经济负担,探讨影响菌痢疾病经济负担的因素。方法菌痢患者的直接经济负担通过问卷调查获得,间接经济负担采用人力资本法估算,运用多元线性回归模型分析疾病经济负担的影响因素。结果307例菌痢患者的人均直接医疗费用为19.6元,人均间接经济负担为21.3元(按收入)或65.9元(按GDP)。多因素分析结果显示,年龄、病程和给药方式是影响菌痢病人疾病经济负担的主要因素。结论河北省农村地区居民大部分菌痢患者的病情较轻,其直接经济负担和间接经济负担并不重;但少数病情较重或病程迁延的患者医疗费用较高,因此仍需加强对该地区菌痢的防治工作。

Study on Economic Burden of Shigellosis Patients and the Related Factors in Countryside of Hebei Province

OBJECTIVE to study the economic burden of shigellosis patients and the related factor in countryside of Hebei province.METHOD Questionnaire and human capital method were used in calculation of economic burden of disease and the multi linear regression model was explored to analyze the factors. RESULT Direct economic burden of each person was 19.6 RMB,the indirect economic burden was 21.3 RMB (Income) or 65.9 RMB (GDP). Age,the course of shigellosis and the treatment were main factors which influenced economic burden of shigellosis. CONCLUSION The economic burden of most shigellosis patients with milder shigellosis in countryside of Hebei province was not very high. However, the expenditure of some patients was in excess of what the patient could afford because shigellosis was deteriorated or the course prolnged. It was still necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of shigellosis.
