电针对家兔坐骨神经损伤后神经传导速度的影响

摘    要:目的探讨电针治疗坐骨神经损伤的疗效。方法建立右侧坐骨神经挤压伤家兔模型,然后进行电针治疗,用肌电图诊断仪测量患肢坐骨神经传导速度并与正常进行对比。结果电针治疗4个疗程后,模型对照组与空白对照组比较,神经传导速度明显下降,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);电针治疗组与模型对照组比较,治疗后神经传导速度明显有所升高,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论家兔坐骨神经损伤后,应用电针治疗可以有效改善坐骨神经损伤家兔的神经传导速度,从而促进损伤坐骨神经功能的恢复。

Abstract:Objective:To study the efficacy of acusector in the treatment of sciatic nerve injury.Mehtods Rabbit model with right-side sciatic nerve extrusive injury was made,then treated with acusector.The nerve conductive velocity of the injured limb was measured with electromyograph,and was compared with the normal velocity.Results After 4 treatment courses with acusector,compared with the blank control group,the nerve conductive velocity of the model control group decreased obviously,and had significant difference(P<0.01);compared with the model group,the nerve conductive velocity of the acusector group improved greatly after treatment,and had significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Acusector can effectively improve the nerve conductive velocity in the rabbit with sciatic nerve injury,so that can promote the recovery of the function of the injured sciatic nerve.
