| 摘 要： | 以抗人纤维蛋白特异单克隆抗体，用ＥＬＩＳＡ法测试它对一些种属动物的纤维蛋的反应。结果表明，抗人纤维蛋白的特异性单抗与牛、犬、兔、大鼠有交叉反应，以牛、犬的反应较强，大鼠最弱，且这种反应不为旧白原的存在所影响，但该单抗与鸡的纤维蛋白无反应。

| Abstract: | Monoclonal antibody 9B 3 (MA9B 3) is specific for human fibrin. Its reactions with fibrins of some other kinds of animals were tested. The results indicated that MA9B 3 crossreacted with fibrins of ox, dog, rabbit and rat. The orders of strength are ox, dog, rabbit and rat. The reactions were not interfered by fibrinogen. However,MA9B 3 did not react with chicken fibrin. |
