70岁以上冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗

目的 评价70岁以上冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的安全性和疗效。方法 70岁以上冠心病患者37例,应用常规方法行经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术和(或)支架术。结果 病例成功率为94.6％,病变成功率为87.7％,32例患者接受支架术,共置入支架47枚。住院期间,介入治疗成功的患者都无心绞痛发作或症状减轻,死亡2例。33例患者接受6～42月随访,平均(24±9)月,15例无心绞痛发作,9例心绞痛明显减轻,2例非致命性心肌梗死,1例因支架内再狭窄行冠脉搭桥术,3例死亡。结论 高龄冠心病患者进行介入治疗成功率高并且安全,近期和远期疗效良好。

Percutaneous coronary intervension in patients with coronary artery disease aged 70 and over

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of percutaneous coronary intervension(PCI) in patients aged 70 and over. Methods Thirty-seven patients aged 70 years and over underwent percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA)and/or stenting between 1999 and 2000. Results Procedural success was achieved in 94.6% of patients and 87.7% of lesions.47 stents were implanted in 32 patients.2 patients died during hospitalization.Follow-up data of 33 patients were available . During the follow-up period, 15 were asymptomatic, 9 had mild angina, 3 died, 2 suffered from non-fatal myocardial infarction, and 1 underwent elective coronary artery bypass surgery due to restenosis in stents. Conclusions PCI can be performed safely in the elderly and provides good symptomatic relief and favourable long-term outcome.
