兔经皮肤给药防蚴灵防护剂长期毒性实验

摘    要:目的 目的 观察防蚴灵防护剂对兔反复经皮给药1个月的毒性反应, 评价其安全性。 方法 方法 40只兔随机分为溶媒对照组和防蚴灵防护剂低、 中、 高剂量组, 对照组给予葵花籽油, 各剂量组分别按50、 300、 2 000 mg/kg经皮肤给予防蚴灵防护剂, 每天1次, 连续4周。观察兔的一般状况、 皮肤刺激性反应、 体重、 摄食量、 血液、 血液生化、 脏器系数及组织病理学变化。 结果 结果 低、 中、 高剂量的防蚴灵防护剂对兔一般情况无明显影响; 对照组和防蚴灵防护剂低剂量组的所有兔皮肤未见明显改变, 中剂量组有2只、 高剂量组有4只兔的皮肤可见轻度刺激性; 高剂量防蚴灵防护剂对兔体重和摄食量有一定的抑制作用; 各剂量防蚴灵防护剂对兔血液、 血液生化和脏器均无明显影响。 结论 结论 防蚴灵防护剂50 mg/kg为无毒性反应剂量。

Abstract:Objective Objective To observe the toxicity of fangyouling after one month’ s transdermal administration in rabbits andevaluate its security. Methods Methods Forty rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups including a control group and low,middleand high dose groups of fangyouling. The rabbits in the control group were administered with sunflower oil,and the other rabbitswere administrated dermally with fangyouling of 50,300 and 2 000 mg/kg respectively once a day for 4 weeks. The general con?dition,the skin irritation reaction,body weight,food consumption,hematology,blood biochemistry,organ coefficients and his?topathological changes of all the rabbits were observed. Results Results There was no obvious effect on the general condition in all therabbits. However,the mild skin irritation was observed in 2 rabbits of the middle dose group and 4 rabbits of the high?dosegroup. The decreases of body weight and food consumption were noted in the high dose group. No changes were detected of hema?tology,blood biochemistry or viscera pathological at all dose levels. Conclusion Conclusion The dose of non?toxic response of fangyoulingis 50 mg/kg at this study condition.
