染色法判别日本血吸虫尾蚴生命状态的实验研究

目的采用染色法判别日本血吸虫尾蚴的生命状态。方法以0.4%台盼蓝、0.5%M.E.B、0.5%伊红、0.5%甲基蓝、0.05%中性红等5种染色液分别对死活日本血吸虫尾蚴染色5 min,显微镜下观察着色情况。结果台盼蓝、M.E.B、伊红、中性红4种染色液可使死尾蚴着色,而甲基蓝染液对其不着色;5种染液均不能使活尾蚴着色。结论0.4%台盼蓝、0.5%M.E.B、0.5%伊红、0.05%中性红染液染色可判别日本血吸虫尾蚴的生命状态。

Experimental study on determination of viability of Schistosoma japonicum cercariae by staining

Objective Objective To determine the viability of Schistosoma japonicum cercariae by staining. Methods Methods Schistosomajaponicum cercariae were stained by 0.4% trypan blue，0.5% methylene blue?eosin?borax（M.E.B），0.5% eosin，0.5% methy?lene blue and 0.05% neutral red，respectively，for 5 min，then they were observed under a stereoscopic microscope. Results ResultsThe dead cercariae were stained in the trypan blue，M.E.B，eosin and neutral red，but unstained in the methylene blue. The vi?tal cercariae were unstained in all the five kinds of dyes. Conclusion Conclusion The staining methods by using 0.4% trypan blue，0.5%M.E.B， 0.5% eosin and 0.05% neutral red can be used to determine the viability of S. japonicum cercariae.
