氟桂嗪治疗不宁腿综合征疗效观察(附32例报告)

采用氟桂嗪治疗32例不宁腿综合征病人,其中12例症状完全消失,病情稳定在六个月以上未复发;17例病人症状明显改善,1例无效,2例失去随访结果。氟桂嗦为钙通道阻滞剂,具有血管扩张作用,主要发生在动脉,其机理是竞争性地选择抑制细胞外Ca~(2+)的跨膜内流,使细胞内的Ca~(2+)浓度降低,平滑肌收缩受抑制,从而消除或缓解了血管平滑肌的收缩,达到治疗目的。在观察中发现,疗效与病程有一定的相关性,病程短疗效明显,氟桂嗪无明显副作用。

TREATMENT OF RESTLESS LEG SYNDROME WITH FLUNARIZINE HYDROCHLORIDE CAPSULE

The traditional method to cure restless leg syndrome is to use vitamines, valium and vasodilator, but it can not obtain satisfactory results. The author treated 32 cases of restless leg syndrome with flunorizine hydrochloride capsule. Among them, 12 patients have recovered completely (the syndrome has not recurred for more than 6 months), 17 cases became better, 1 case had no effect, and the other 2 patients were not followed up, Flunarizine hydrocloride capsule is a kind of calicium channel blockers. Through observation, it is found that the curative effect has something to do with the course of disease, i, e. the shorter the course is, the better the result will be; the medicine still has effects in case the course of disease is relatively long; and flunarizine hydrochloride capsule has no obvious side effects.
