2001—2006年如东县食品卫生监测结果分析

摘    要:目的掌握如东县食品卫生现状,分析影响食品卫生质量因素,为今后开展卫生监督监测提供科学依据。方法对2001—2006年监测的6类3868件食品,根据国家卫生标准进行检测及评价。结果6年平均合格率为75.96%,不合格样品以熟肉制品、桶装饮用水及发酵酒为主,合格率介于71.78%~81.22%之间。结论应进一步加强对熟肉制品等食品的监督监测工作,加大卫生管理和执法力度,提高食品卫生质量,保障食品安全。

Abstract:Objective To understand the current status of food hygiene in Rudong County, analyZe the influencing factors that affected the food hygienic quality, and to provide the scientific basis for implementing hygiene monitoring and supervision in future. Methods Altogether 3,868 samples of 6 kinds of foods were tested and evaluated by national standard methods of food hygienic analysis during the period of 2001~2006. Results The average eligible rate was 75.96% in the 6- year period. The unqualified items mainly included cooked meat products, bottled drinking water, and fermented wine. The eligible rates of 6 kinds of foods were fluctuated between 71.78 % and 81.22 %. Conclusions For boosting the quality of food hygiene and ensuring food safety, it is necessary to further strengthen the monitoring and supervision on cooked meat products and other foods, enhance hygiene administration, and enforce hygiene law and regulations.
