| 摘 要： | 海口市于 1992年 9月在市区范围内推行母婴保健保偿制。在这 8年中 ,由于各级领导重视 ,社区参与 ,广泛宣传 ,提高群众自我保健意识 ,同时加强业务培训 ,增强妇幼保健人员的责任感 ,健全保偿保健服务网络等 ,促进母婴保健保偿工作的巩固和发展 ,提高了妇幼卫生质量指标 ,孕产妇死亡率、婴儿死亡率、5岁以下儿童死亡率、出生缺陷发生率、围产儿死亡率均明显下降 ,孕产妇、0～ 6岁儿童保健管理覆盖率明显上升 ,有效地保障了母婴安全。
