推拿对肌腱断裂伤术后修复过程及粘连影响的实验研究

动物实验表明肌腱组织结构的恢复与肌腱生物力学性质的恢复密切相关。推拿治疗对肌腱损伤后组织结构的修复和生物力学性质的恢复均有促进作用。肌腱损伤后的修复时间较长,早期功能锻炼时应控制活动强度,防止再损伤。肌腱损伤后可能以两条途径修复。

EFFECTS OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE MANIPULATION ON HEALING AND ADHESION AFTER RUPTURE OF MUSCLE TENDON

The effects of traditional Chinese manipulation on the healing and adhesion after the rupture were investigated on male rabbits by means of histology and biomechanics.The results showed: 1) that there is a close relationship between the recovery of the tissue structure of the injured tendon and the recovery of the biomechanical properties of the tendon; 2) that the traditional Chinese manipulation is of benefit to the reconstruction of the tissue, the recovery of the biomechanical properties and the loosening of the adhesion in the late stage of the healing; 3) that it takes a long time to the healing of injured tendon, so the early mobilization should be under control to prevent reinjury; 4) that there may be two ways in the healing process of injured tendon.
