沙眼衣原体垂直传播基因水平的快速检测

摘    要:应用细胞培养法对86名孕妇及其新生儿进行沙眼衣原体(CT)的分离,然后采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)结合限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)分析法,对CT阳性的母婴标本进行基因鉴定。结果显示,86例孕妇CT阳性20例,阳性孕妇的亲手儿有8例感染,垂直传播率40.0%。8对母婴相对标本鉴定后证实每对母婴感染的CT基因型一致。提示CT有很高的垂直传播率,应早期进行孕期筛查,降低新生儿CT感染率。

Abstract:Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) was first isolated from 86 corresponding specimens taken from the mother and her baby,the genotype of CT-positive specimens was then identified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique combined an assay of restrictive fragment length polymorphism (RFLP). The results indicated that CT strain was detected out in 20 cases from 86 pregnant women, 8 babies were found with positive CT findings among 20 infected mothers' babies. The rate of vertical maternal-infant transmission was demonstrated to reach to 40%. These infected newborn infants were further confirmed to be with same CT genotype as their infected mothers. It is suggested that the rate of vertical maternal-infant transmission can be rather high. It is necessary to undertake early and broad screening-out during pregnance,it can be expected to decrease the incidence of CT infection in newborn infants.
