survivin基因及增殖细胞核抗原与急性白血病关系的研究

目的探讨增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、survivin基因与急性白血病(AL)的关系。方法收集2003—2004年浙江大学医学院附属第一医院住院AL患者的资料,采用免疫组化方法检测PCNA和RT-PCR方法检测survivin在AL在治疗前后以及与正常对照组的比较。结果初发AL患者与正常对照组的PCNA和survivin的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AL在治疗前与治疗缓解后其PCNA的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。survivin高表达的急性髓细胞白血病(AML)缓解率低,但是急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)的缓解率与survivin表达无关。结论PCNA和survivin在白血病中均高表达,与白血病的发生及发展有一定的联系,PCNA与survivin互补,可作为判断急性白血病的疗效和预后指标。

Expression of PCNA and survivin and their significances in patientients with acute leukemia

Objective To study the expressions of survivin and PCNA in AL and their clinical significance.Methods The PCNA and survivin were assayed by immunohistochemiistry and RT-PCR in 35 acute leukemic patients.Results The positive rate of PCNA expression in the AL patients with complete remission after the treatment was significantly higher than that before the treatment(P<0.05),and was significantly diferent from that in the normal subjects(P<0.05),and the survivin expression have the same result in AML and healthy control group as PCNA.The AML patients have positive correlated with survivin expression.Conclusion The determination of expressions of PCNA and survivin is which is probably correlated with the pathogenesis,development and be helpful to judging prognosis in AL patients.
