| 摘 要： | 笔者报告了100例皮层下动脉硬化性脑病的 CT 改变,认为本病在老年群体中并非少见.基本病理改变为皮层下脑白质脱髓鞘及轴突丧失,临床主要表现为智力障碍、偏瘫及高血压;CT 主要改变是沿脑室周围呈弥漫性、对称性分布的脑白质低密度灶,以额叶受累最明显。

| Abstract: | 100 cases of subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy(SAE)diagnosed by CT were reviewed.SAE was not an uncommon disease in the elder group.Its pathologic basis was thought to be ischemic demyelination with loss of axons.Dementia,hypertension and semiplegia were its main clinical manifestation.CT characteristics was diffuse,bilateral- ly symmetrical and confluent hypodensities of the cerebral white matter around the periven- tricular regions,involving especially in frontal lobes. |
