全椎板切除治疗老年退变性颈椎管狭窄症

目的:总结颈椎全椎板切除治疗老年颈椎管狭窄的临床应用效果。方法:对23例老年颈椎管狭窄患者行颈椎全椎板切除术。全部患者随访2～7年,平均随访3.2年。结果:术前JOA评分平均9.5分,随访时JOA评分平均14.6分,改善率为82.6%,其中优14例,良3例,可2例,差4例。结论:颈椎全椎板切除术是治疗老年退变性颈椎管狭窄症,手术简便,并发症少,是安全有效的手术方法。

Posterior laminectomy for Treatment of Aged Cervical Spinal Stenotic Myelopathy

objective: To investigate the efficacy of posterior laminectomy for the treatment of aged cervical spinal stenotic myelopathy.Methods: 23 patients with cervical spinal stenotic myelopathy undergone posterior laminectomy in the last 7 years were included in the study.All of the patients were followed up after operation for 2 to 7 years.Results: Preoperative JOA scores were 9.5,and the postoperative JOA scores were 14.6 at the final follow-up,the mean recovery rate was 82.6%.Of these 23 patients,14 patients obtained excellent results,3 good,2 fair,4 poor.Conclusion: Posterior laminectomy is a safe and simple method to treat aged cervical spinal stenotic myelopathy.
