| 摘 要： | 我院1990年4月以来，应用脑立体定向术治疗难治性精神病12例，并对其疗效进行了随访。近期总有效率为75％，3年后为66．7％，5年后为50％。手术对幻觉、冲动攻击行为效果较好，疗效较稳定。本文还对不同症状的手术靶点进行了讨论．

| Abstract: | Since April 1990 the authors have followed up 12 patients with intractable psychosesoperated stereotactically. The rate of recent curative eeffect is 75 per cent, which decreases by 66. 7 percent after 3 years, and by 50 per cent after 5 years. The effect of operation for illusion, impulse and attackaction is good and affirmatvie. The selection of target sites of lesion for different symptoms was also dis-cussed. |
