鼻腔及鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的诊断和治疗(附22例报告)

目的 :提高对鼻腔和鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的认识 ,有利于诊断和治疗。方法 :回顾性分析 1989年～ 1999年间鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤 2 2例 ,总结其临床表现和治疗效果。结果 :随访 1a～ 10 a,手术加放射治疗 17例 ,复发 2例 ,单纯手术治疗 5例 ,复发 2例。结论 :手术治疗 (鼻侧切开术或窥镜下广泛切除 )并放射治疗是治疗鼻腔及鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的理想方法

Diagnosis and treatment of the invertign papilloma of the nasal cavity and sinus

Objective:To better recognize the inverting papilloma of the nasal cavity and sinus and make correct diagnosis and treat it efficiently.Methods:22 patients with inverting papilloma of the nasal cavity and sinus from Jannuary 1989 to Decetmber 1999 were revievecl,Summarizing clinical manifestion and treatment.Results:Follow-up one to ten years average five years eight months two cases in the seventeen patients who underwent surgery and radiotherapy and two in five patients who underwent simple surgery recurred.Conclusion:Hateral rhinotomy or nasal endoscope surgery and adjurouht vadiotherapy after operation play an import role in treatment of inverting papilloma of the nasal cavity and sinus and rudecing recurrent rate.
