| 摘 要： | 家族性腺瘤性息肉病是属于常染色体显性遗传大肠疾病,如不及时诊断,采取预防性治疗,大肠内息肉100%都将癌变,其特征性肠外表现对患者的诊治及预后有重要意义.本文就该病的临床特征及研究现状作一评述.

| Abstract: | Familial adenomatous polyposis(FAP) is an autosomal dominantly inherited syndrome.It will inevitably(progress) to colorectal carcinoma if not handled properly.The extracolonic manifestations of FAP play important role in the clinical(diagnosis) and prognosis of FAP patients.This paper reviews the clinical characteristics of FAP and current progress in its research. |
