复方丹参辅助治疗精神分裂症的血液流变学实验研究

摘    要:目的 从血液流变学角度探讨复方丹参对精神分裂症的辅助治病作用。方法 对符合CCMD-2-R精神分裂症诊断标准的120例患者进行分组治疗,研究组30例以抗精神病药加复方丹参,对照组90例单以抗精神病药治疗,观察4周,分别于治疗前和4周后检则血液流变学12例指标和简明精神病量表(BPRS)总分。结果 研究组治疗4周后的全血粘度(300s^-1和1.0s^-1、低切还原粘度、RBC刚性指数、RBC聚集指数和纤维蛋白原都显著低于治疗前且都显著低于对照组(P<0.05-0.01),脑血流量则显著高于治疗前(P<0.05);而对照组除全血粘度有显著改善外其它指标在治疗前后无显著性差异(P>0.05)。研究组治疗4周后的BPRS减分率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 复方丹参对精神分裂症有辅助治疗作用,能改善精神分裂症的高粘滞血症和提高BPRS减分率。

An Experimental Study on Hemorheology of the Adjunct Effects of Radix Salviae Miltorrhizae compsita(RSMC) in the Treatment of Schizophrenia

Abstract:Objective To explore the adjunct effects of Radix Salviae Miltorrhzae Compsita(RSMC) in the treatment of schizophrenia on hemorheology. Method 120 cases with the diagnosis of schizophrenia according to CCMD-2-R were assigned into the tested(n=30) and control group(n=90). Patients in the tested group were treated with antipsychotic drugs and RSMC 3#, orally, tid; while subjects in the control group only with antipsychotic drugs, for the course of 4 weeks. The two group patients were respectively cheched up 12 hemorheological indices and Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS) before and after 4 weeks of treatment. Results The whole blood viscosity (300s -1 and 1.0s -1), low shear reduction viscosity, red blood cell(RBC) stiffness index, RBC aggregation index and fibrinogen in the tested group after 4 weeks of treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment as well as in the control group (P<0.05 or 0.01); while cerebral blood flow showed significantly higher than that before treatment (P<0.05). The control group showed no sighificant difference (p>0.05) between before and after 4 weeks of treatment except the whole blood viscosity improvement (P<0.01). BPRS score reduced rate in the tested group after 4 weeks of treatment showed sighificantly higher than in the control. Conclusion There are adjunct effects of RSMC in the treatment of schizophrenia. RSMC can improve the hypervis-semia and increase BPRS score reduced rate in schizophrenia.
