| 摘 要： | 本文以外科解剖的方法结合阅读胸部X片研究了肺韧带,发现左肺韧带与纵隔胸膜和膈胸膜移行处相连,右肺韧带与膈胸膜相续,作者对气胸时肺压缩的胸部X线变化提出了见解,对肺韧带位置作了空间定位。

| Abstract: | The pulmonary ligament was studied with Surgical anatomy and reading X—ray films of thorax. The left pulmonary ligament is connnective with the combination of pleura mediastinal and pleura di- aphragma,the right pulmonary Ligament is conective with pleura diaphragma.A new thought has been put forward according to the X—ray changes in compression of lungs when pneumothorax. The position of pulmonary ligament has been fiixed. |
