| 摘 要： | 目的:了解Cajal(ICCs)样间质细胞在不稳定膀胱逼尿肌中的分布,探讨其与逼尿肌不稳定(DI)发病机制的相关性。方法:建立豚鼠膀胱出口梗阻模型,行充盈性膀胱测压确定DI组14只,另设对照组10只,采用组织冰冻切片、酪氨酸蛋白激酶受体(KIT)单克隆抗体间接免疫荧光检测技术观察逼尿肌中ICCs样细胞的分布情况。结果:KIT阳性细胞走向与逼尿肌肌束平行,主要分布于逼尿肌肌束边缘和逼尿肌肌束中,呈梭形双极细胞。与对照组比较,DI组KIT阳性细胞数量明显增多(P<0.01)。结论:膀胱ICCs样间质细胞增多引起逼尿肌自发收缩活动增加可能是DI发病的重要因素之一。
